Stag beer glass

Herredag or Stag is designed by Orla Juul Nielsen for Holmegaard Glassworks in 1925. The glass was taken out of production in 1960.
The glass was designed together with Pearl, Goblet, Knipling, Tranquebar and Orange. All glass services that were to match a specific of Royal Copenhagen's dinnerware. Pearl was directly designed to match the Flora Danica porcelain, while Tranquebar was designed to the set of the same name. This glass was the only Danish glass item at the World Exhibition in Paris in 1925.
