Fine vase from the 1920s with red decorations

Beautiful hand-blown vase with red decorations from the 1920s.
The top edge is polished and the bottom has traces of the mold in which the vase has been blown, so-called fixed blown technique.
The vase has small applied bands in red.
It is in good condition, but with some glass sickness in the lower part of the vase. On the upper edge, it has a soft chip.
